These cellulose insoles are recommended for all kinds of board lasting applications. Depending on the gauge they can be used for kid’s shoes, women casual, mid and high heeled shoes, men casual and dress shoes, sandals, etc.
Cellulose Insoles are inherently directional. During the making process the cellulose fibers align themselves with the length of the last, so it is important to follow the cutting direction guidelines for better results.

TEXON BOARD TYPES AVAILABILITY FOR ORDERS:
* Texon Stride: 2.0mm / 1.75mm / 1.50mm / 1.25mm
* Texon 516: 1.75mm / 1.0mm
* Texon 401: 1.50mm
* Texon unbranded board: 1.50mm / 1.0mm

All types of Texon boards are of great quality. They vary according to some required production specifications made by Texon’s customers. USES:
– For Gauges 1.00 & 1.25 mm, are commonly used for kid’s shoes, or any kind of flat shoe that does not require too much arch support as slippers or flat small size sandals. It can also be used as a bag, case or wallet stiffener, and Toe Puff or Heel Counter Stiffener.
– 1.50mm & 1.75mm boards are mostly used for women shoes that need to be shanked and high heels whose insoles need to be reinforced and shanked.
– 2.00 mm boards are used for men casual and dress shoes making. These shoes also need to be shanked.
