In order to create a smooth, safe and transparent shopping experience, we have laid out the following Shipping and Return-Refund polices, so you can understand this important part of our service.
SHIPPING POLICES
Shipping Methods
At the moment we offer two shipping methods:
- USPS / ALL CONTINENTAL USA
- First Class Mail: 1-5 Business Days / for packages with less than 1lb.
- Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days / for packages with more than 1lb. and up.
- Priority Mail Express: Next to 2nd Day / for all packages.
- FEDEX / ALL CONTINENTAL USA
- FedEx Home Delivery: Residential Address / 1-5 Business Days withing the contiguous US or 3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
- FedEx Ground: Commercial Address / 1-5 Business Days withing the contiguous US or 3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
We can ship your orders with UPS or another carrier at your request. Please send us an email through our contact us and we will coordinate with you an estimate shipping cost.
Shipping Processing Times
The time we will take to process your order will be 2 Business Days. We have a weekly shipping schedule that will help you to plan your shopping experience.
- Order processing time: 2 Business Days
- Shipping Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Cut-off Time: 10 am. All orders placed until 10 am on Monday, Wednesday or Friday will be shipped the same day along with the orders from the day before.
Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are subjected to shipping carrier’s rates. Shipping rates may vary depending on package’s weight and dimensions. Shopping seasons throughout the year are also a cause for increasing shipping rates.
We constantly work to offer fair shipping prices. If you have a large order that does not show shipping cost in your shopping cart, please call us or send us an email through our Contact Us page and we will immediately work on your request.
Expected Delivery Times
To calculate the approximate time in which you will get your order, follow our weekly shipping schedule and add the days according to the type of shipping method you have chosen.
Delivery times are subjected to carrier’s schedule. If you notice your package is taking longer than what is expected, please contact us, and we will approach the carrier’s customer service office to work on any issue with your package.
Lost Packages
US Packages
In case of lost packages by carriers, all methods except USPS First Class Mail, are insured. This means we are not responsible for any loss occurred with USPS First Class Mail. You can choose Priority Mail if you want your order to be insured and in the case of a lost package you will be entitled to a new order or a full refund.
In order to get a refund or a new order originated by a lost package, a procedure needs to be followed:
- Customer needs to request an inquiry on their package, taking into consideration that the expected delivery time has taken longer than usual.
- We will contact the carrier an a “search request” will be opened on your package. (Search time varies by carrier)
- If the carrier declares that the package is lost, a refund or a new order will be initiated. (see our refund policy)
International Packages
We currently do not ship overseas, but if you are outside the US and would like to buy from us, you can access our products through our Etsy Shop: www.etsy.com/shop/maestroshoesupplies
RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Returns & Exchanges
We Have all the information about the product description, including sizes, color, dimensions and special characteristics under each listing. However, we acknowledge that mistakes can be made either by us when we fulfill your order or by a customer under any circumstances. We have created certain conditions that will apply when the request for an exchange or a return has been originated by others than our own responsibility.
- All shipping costs that are originated by the exchange ore return (return label and reship) will be paid by the customer.
- A request for exchange or return has to be made during the first 7 days after the item has been delivered.
- In order for an exchange or return to go through, the item has to be returned in the same conditions that it was initially shipped. Damaged items (stains, cuts, dents, etc.) won’t be subjected to returns.
- To process an exchange, it will take 1 to 2 Business days after customer has paid for the reshipping cost.
- Items that are on sale on our website are not subjected to return or refund.
- Refund for a return item will be issue once the returned item has been checked and approved. 1- 2 business days return processing time.
Refunds

- We at Maestro Supply Line are responsible for packing and shipping your items according to your order and in the best possible conditions for your products to arrive in good shape; however, if we make a mistake in sending the wrong product, color or a defective item, we will reship or refund a total or partial order at our own expense once you approve it.
